Celebrate the Summer Solstice by joining Yoga @ Cindy's Sun Salutation Challenge on Sunday, June 23rd

Don't be intimidated by the number "108". This is do-able and it will leave you feeling like a new person. You can do anything, as long as you approach it with an open mind. Challenge and perhaps surprise yourself! This event is FREE and OPEN TO EVERYONE!

Purpose of Sun Salutations:
Sun Salutations are performed to heat, strengthen and create flexibility in the body. These Sun Salutations are commonly performed at the changing of seasons. We'll be performing several variations of Sun Salutation together as a group to celebrate the Summer Equinox and new beginnings for the studio!

The number 108 has many meanings, from the number of beads on the commonly worn Mala beads to the relationship between the sun and the moon. This number can also have a personal meaning, taking your time to appreciate all the people and good in your life.
